The basis of the Anadolu metal chemical technologies industries Human Resources policy is built upon putting the right applicant, who is compatible with the principles and objectives of the company, and its high service standards, to the right position. The first stage of the application process is the evaluation of the application requests sent by the applicants. After the elimination process based upon applicants' resumes, candidates are invited for an interview. To find the eligible candidate for the right position, interviews are held by the cooperation of the manager of the Human Resources and the manager of the related department. Main qualifications that are sought from an applicant are technical knowledge and required training for the position. Candidates applying for a position may send their resumes to the company using electronic mail.
